"Y-Yuria… Is that you?" Zerathos called out in a hoarse voice.

Yuria froze, then grasped his right hand tightly.

But since she hadn't actually seen the fight between Zerathos and the mysterious man, her explanation came out scattered and uncertain, as if she were trying to piece together something she hadn't fully understood.

After listening, Zerathos looked confused.

"A fight? A mysterious man?" he muttered, furrowing his brow. "Why can't I remember anything?"

He secretly clasped Roseline's hand tightly.

Roseline blushed slightly but didn't pull away. Instead, she returned his grip.

"Umm… we're definitely going to win!" she whispered shyly, yet with determination.

After the four trebuchets were positioned facing the southern side of the city walls, Rei raised his hand. "Fire!"

The soldiers simultaneously cut the ropes holding the trebuchets, and in that instant, three fireballs shot toward the city wall and struck it.
